Steakhouse Mendoza in Wittstock

The last shop. I can only sign each of the one-star ratings here! I save myself the work of repeating it all over again. Disastrous store. Didn't deserve a single customer. An alternative is waiting 200m further at the cinema, which Wittstocker also visit as regular customers. They probably know exactly why! 😉👌

I am very upset. Vouchers are only valid for one year and will then no longer be accepted. Reaction was also very rude. (1 star) Update: In retrospect, we were then issued a new voucher (again valid for one year!). We redeemed it quickly and were very satisfied this time; both with the service and the food. (updated: 4 stars)

Eaten better already! Way too expensive. Poor quality! And the wine was an absolute disappointment! I will not come back

The food was good, the service was sometimes unfriendly, the shop was completely empty but the tables were supposedly all reserved without the signs on them, so you don't have to be surprised if everyone just sits down, an older couple has run away after the waiter has them from three tables shooed away. In addition, Arabic music was (much too) loud.

Very tasty food and very chic atmosphere. I will come back.

The food has been really delicious before. I'm so disappointed with the shop ... the side dishes, three small potatoes 😣 the steak old and sinewy ... never again

The cook did a good job, food was delicious. In contrast, the service staff is really an imposition. Unfriendly, arrogant, two gentlemen who have absolutely no desire for guests - an absolute wrong choice. Two tables were occupied in the restaurant, so nothing was going on. There were three of us and it was apparently an impossible task to serve us our meals at the same time. I got my starter much later and then a minute passed and the waiter was there with my main meal. I said that I was the last to get my starter and now the first to get the main course. This would be cold now, because I would like to eat my fried mushrooms first in peace. With an unfriendly "It won't get cold that quickly" my food landed on the table and the waiter was gone. Just unprofessional in behavior. My two companions got their food with a significant delay, then with the wrong side dish. When we pointed out that they wanted fried potatoes and not French fries, when the waiter left the table, a sobbing "is coming" came up. We would have liked to have ordered drinks again. It was not possible, no waitress showed up. No “everything ok”, “may it still be something”, “it tasted good”. Just pay quickly and in 45 minutes we were finished with a drink, starter, salad and main course. But sporting performance is actually an absolute no-go. So folks, this is the place for a quick, delicious meal. But if you want to feel welcome and spend a cozy evening, hands off! We have now experienced this for the second time, there will not be a third time.

The food was very good and plentiful. We got a hot one to warm the bottle for the baby. I can only recommend.

There were four of us today. Booked a table. I can only say positive things. The staff was very nice and attentive and the food was really delicious. Unfortunately the card reader did not work. I didn't think that was so bad now. The waiter apologized for this several times. If we should go back here again, we will definitely come back.

Very heavy traffic when you sit outside. Good in the restaurant.

Last year at LAGA time there with friends and can only say it was a disaster, there were four of us outside and no waiter came, only after I called and said that we would sit outside and would like to order someone came. Couldn't pay by card I actually had no intention of going out there to eat. But as it is, there were still some tables free! and we decided to give the Mendoza another chance! Which apparently was the right decision. My pork fillet was great! Rich and filling portions. Price also in the frame! Thumbs up and hopefully the quality stays that way!

Great restaurant in a nice atmosphere! Large menu with many different dishes, such as steaks, pizzas, pasta, different pans ... value for money is right here! Service also friendly and attentive. We have been here many times and will definitely be back. :-)

New chef and food is great. I had the steak and it was perfectly cooked. No issues.

If I can give a half or no star I would gladly give it. For a steakhouse . The steak is not good. I asked for a medium rare. It's came out well done. The escargot for appetizer, we ate one each and left it ... Not fresh!!!. Yukz. Service is not friendly at all. Please don't bother with this restaurant.
